- Answer: Below the review, there will be a box with the text “Reply”. Click on it to write your answer.
- Reply Composition: write your message. It’s important to be polite, professional and show concern for the customer experience. Respond to all concerns expressed and offer solutions if possible.
- Publication: After you have completed your answer, click the “Publish” button to post your answer on Google.

How do I delete Google reviews?
